Every time I see a picture of Ahmadinejad I think that maybe Sonny Bono did not die in a skiing accident but instead decided to make the jump to Iranian politics.
Politics aside, I’d say he’s a pretty attractive man. I’ve always found men who have dark hair and prominent noses to be pretty good-looking, though. Paler men with finer features tend to look a bit girlish to me. Then again, most of my male relatives match the description of dark hair and prominent noses, so it’s probably the template of attractive male looks that I was imprinted with early in life.
Apart from his many personal failings, he’s a short statured man.
At least 90+% of women would regard him as being completely sexually unattractive on those grounds alone.
So were Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Lenin, and they did just fine with the ladies. 
He’s ok but needs to lose the beard. If you can’t grow a decent one, don’t bother.

On the world leader side, both Blair and Karzai are very pleasing to the eye. I cannot stand to look at Bush because of that ever-present smirk. I long for the day when I see it wiped off his face - hopefully when the realization of the horrors he has wrought finally hits him.
For sheer eye-candy, it’s a tie between Tom Selleck (fans self) Evan Marriott and Shihab Rattansi. To whom Ahmadinejad can’t hold a candle.
Again, like the absence of a necktie, this is likely a cultural issue. Many Muslims believe that they may cut their hair only with shears and may not use blades to shave. That means, either you have a long beard or a short one.

He bears a striking resemblance to both my high school biotech teacher (on the far left) and my college freshman biology teacher. I’m not sure how either one would feel about that.
Really? If he’s among the homeliest men you’ve ever seen, I’m afraid you must hang around an impossibly handsome group of people. I’m a straight guy, and even I think he’s kinda cute.

Maybe I hang out with a strange group of women (or just an old group, ha) but I’ve never known any woman to dismiss a man’s attractiveness based on his height alone.
I have. Hell, I know many. Perhaps we just swing with different circles, but I know plenty of women that say, “Yeah, he’s hot, but I’d never fuck him because he’s short.”
Shallow? You know it. But we all get to be a little shallow in our own ways.
