It ain’t snowed here in Auckland, New Zealand for nigh on 70 years. And _that time_, it was in th’ Waitakere Ranges. In winter. Doesn’t really count, does it? 😃 ---

Well, it hit 29c here in Brisbane today. That was cool for this time of year! No snow… but goddamit I wanna have a white christmas before I die! I might have to move somewhere cold for that to happen… but that’s a risk I’m willing to take 😉 Max 🙂 ---

Looks like the temperature will drop into the upper 20s tonight, so the layer of frost tomorrow morning will give the brief illusion of a white christmas. ---

It started snowin 'bout an hour ago. Supposed to get 2-4 inches. We’ll see…ground is about covered…they might be right. Central Illinois here. ---

I stand corrected. People living within a 30 km radius of downtown Vancouver have started reporting snowfall, and it’s sticking in some locations. Woot! ---

In much of the country it snows on Christmas. In Texas, it rains. But, we did get a nice tornado or two last night. 'Twas fun. ---

Here in CA we usually barbecue on Christmas day, so that means no, it isn’t possible for us to get snow here. Not on the coast anyway.
