# Is it Legal for a P.A. Policeman to make me leave my Premises if no charges were filed?

I think people are assuming what he sees as “called her the c-word”, she sees as “screamed “cunt” at me over and over and threw a lamp through a sliding glass door”. That may not be the case, but it’s certainly plausible. I’ve had arguments with people where the disconnect over what I was upset about was that great.

Well, that’s why I said in my earlier post that either there’s something he’s left out or she gets upset over very little. So I’m curious about what’s really going on–did something else go on? Has the OP been very abusive in the past? Or is the girlfriend just the super melodramatic type?

Arrest him for what? He called his girlfriend a cunt. This, while an assholish thing to do, is not a threat, and it is not illegal.
