# Is it Meatloaf or Meat Loaf?

Resolve a petty argument. All I can remember is that the large-lunged Texan really hates it when people get it wrong.
So is it “Meat Loaf” of “Meatloaf”? Googling seems to suggest that opinion is very much divided.

That’s why the New York Times has referred to him as Mr. Loaf.

Yeah, I guess. 🙂
Just that when I did a google the first thing it suggested was that I perhaps meant “Meatloaf”, which is usually an indication that I’ve spelt it wrong and so have all the following links… and there were a lot on both searches.

I remember seeing him interviewed on some VH1-type show. According to it, his friends call him “Meat” while subordinates call him “Mr. Loaf”.

IIRC, he was billed Meat Loaf Aday in the credits for _Focus._

Sheesh. Obviously, I did NOT read my own cite.
Funny, I just saw the flick last week and thought I remembered “Aday” being in there, so I went to IMDb and just saw “Meat Loaf.”
