When I sleep, I sometimes tuck my hand under the pillow or my leg under the other leg. When I wake up, it feels totally numb and I can’t walk/move my hand for a little while. Just wondering if that’s ok and I’m not cutting of the blood supply or anything?

It’s a nerve you’re pinching, not the blood supply.

It’s fine.
