A doctor could certainly remove one, or both of them.
No one really needs a penis except to breed.
Half the world population doesnt have one and mangages to get by just fine.
It is much more common to see cases where it was cut off/burned off/mangled/blown off/etc. You end up with a shorter uretha, and thats about it.
No big deal if it is there or not, there are no muscles there that control the bladder.

The more I tried to not think of this, I of course thought of this. I seem to remember in high school seeing a porno where a guy had two. IIRC, they were one on top of the other. I won’t say how they were used, I assume you can figure it out It seems to be rare but true, like hermaphrodites. I could link you to a video on iMesh, I’m sure, but don’t like the spyware.
Best suggestion would be [ares.com](http://ares.com). I only get music there since video is iffy on supply, but no risk of RIAA busting your balls, point is, the proof is out there
