Does anyone in Canada receive ITV1? Is it available through Shaw or Rogers? Or by satellite? Is ITV1 available in HD? I want ITV1 because it offers the best F1 coverage, vastly superior to SPEED or TSN… ---

I just looked through the channel listings for Videotron, Cogeco, Bell ExpressVu, Shaw, and Rogers - none of them carry that channel (Using Toronto as a choice for Rogers). You’ll just have to put up with TSN and Speed. Does Fox Sportsworld or Rogers Sportsnet carry F1? There seem to be a lot of channels for sports, but the majority seem to be primarily about NFL/NBA/MLB/NHL. ---

[/QUOTE] TSN supplies the ITV coverage and commentary for the race, but do their own commentary for the pre- and post-race stuff. They also do their own commentary for the qualifying session. This consists of Vic Rauter’s droning and Gerry Donaldson on the far end of a tin-can-and-string telephone. It really is intolerable, which is why I watch the qualifying coverage on Speed instead. Speed also carries the second Friday practice session, while TSN doesn’t.
