Well, is it?

I have just whipped up (literally) a batch of marshmallows\* using jelly crystals (strawberry), water and lots of air. I was wondering if I were to use the diet sugar free type of jelly crystals, would it still work?

My dad is a diabetic so I have seen many types of sugar free lollies - never any marshmallowy ones and I’m wondering why.

Seems to be possible with Splenda at least.

This past Easter season, I saw sugar free peeps, so I imagine that sugar free marshmallows that aren’t shaped like chicks and bunnies would be possible.

Sugarless marshmallows are out there. You just may have to look around, or order online.
