# Is it weird being mainly a lurker?

I came over from the AOL board and posted a bit. Somehow the posting fever faded away. Also some of the old members faded away, too.  
By the time I can add information to a question someone else will already post a better answer.

Wait. I never got one of those!  
Is it because I have changed addresses many times since I joined?  
Did FEDEX/UPS/USPS/DHL/et al. fail to find me?

Well, in the books the character was definitely not shy. Pretty much the opposite. So it struck me as a little incongruous. I realize there are lots of reasons to choose a name and that one trait does not define either you or the character. In any event, welcome to the Dope!

Kelevra (which means “bad dog” in Yiddish. I’m not Jewish nor canine and therefore prove that our user names may have little resemblance to our real lives.)
