# Is L.A. Noire a good game?

I bought this for the PC on a whim yesterday as it was pretty cheap and it is a _horrible_ port. The game runs choppy as hell, and upon some online investigation, I am far from alone. Apparently the game is capped at 30FPS in the PC port, which wouldn’t be so bad if it _actually played consistently at that frame rate._

Driving the car, walking/running all drop the FPS to around 5-10 in some places. Its literally unplayable. Terrible job Rock Star, and not the first time you’ve botched a PC port, either. I should have known better and bought it for the PS3. Fucking A.

I started playing this while sick with the flu, and the faces disturbed me a bit thanks to my fever.
