He’s 72, but that can still be a pretty spry age. I haven’t seen him in anything since the Deadwood movie. I have no idea, but will just add that I happened to chance meet Mr. Rippy some years ago when he was appearing in “Under the Dome.” I was on vacation walking my dog, and as we passed by, this homeless looking guy spoke to us. It was Leon Rippy, and we had a 10-15 minute chat about dogs. ---

Still acting? Heck, I wasn’t even sure that he was still breathing. I mostly identify him from his time on _Leverage_. Scanning his Wikipedia entry, I am reminded of his episode of _Star Trek: The Next Generation_. ---

I liked him in Leverage. I loved him in 11.22.63.
