I haven’t heard the CD yet. But given that she is -a very attractive woman -at one time married to Michael Jackson another musician [although I guess one should use the term ‘married’ lossely] -Elvis’ daughter -35 years old -and releasing her own music for the first time I would infer that Elvis left the buiilding- with all the Presley talent. ---

You can check out some clips from her album [here](http://www.towerrecords.com/product.asp?pfid=2785424&cc=USD). I haven’t heard any of it, except the one song. From what I see of the reviews, it doesn’t suck. It’s just not fantabulous. ---

I saw her on Howard Stern’s E! show the other day and it just furthered my existing opinion of her: she’s mentally absent. She stressed several times that she rarely ever leaves the house and her favorite thing to do is hang out with her friends drink. And drink. And drink. Straight Vodka. Not drink and play cards, not drink and watch movies, just drink. And it shows, it reeeeally shows. The only thing I can’t figure out is why she’s embarassing herself with this album when she’s sitting on the Presley fortune. _Surely_ she doesn’t need the money. ---

I guess I should have said the Elvis fortune. It’s not like any other Presley really contributed to it. ---

Actually you can thank Priscilla Presley for that Elvis fortune. Elvis didn’t have an estate plan. So, after his death the family was hit with estate taxes that took more than 50% and maybe as high as 75% of the estate. It was Priscilla who created Presley Enterprises and made it a money making business. ---

So what if she’s 35 years old? Sheryl Crowe was in her early 30’s when her debut album came out. So she married Michael Jackson. BFD. Again, something that has absolutely no bearing on whether or not she is talented.
