Is masturbation considered a sin among celibate priests?

One wonders why God would design a human being to have wet dreams in the first place. If any kind of sexual pleasure out side of marriage is a sin that God purposely designs humans to sin.

Never use logic to question religious tenets. They weren’t built upon logic, and they all collapse when logic comes to bear. Kind of ruined me on the whole religious concept, as I prefer freedom over mindlessness.
(Exception mentioned to head off angry replies: Luther challenged the Church and formed his own faith. That really isn’t using logic to justify tenets, as he disagreed with practice as much as doctrine. And he soon left the Catholic faith anyway, so it just isn’t relevent.
