No. He’s wasn’t qualified when he was hired and obviously hasn’t learned anything on the job.

Over on a UK message board I wrote this in answer to the question of whether Brown would get dismissed over his handling of the situation :-
_With all that experience that ‘Mikey’ has had with horses he could always go back to that line of work. I’m sure that there are many vacancies where horse-s_\*\* shovellers are needed.\*
Somebody came back with this :-
_I bet good money he’d manage to f_ck that one up too…
“No, sir, I didn’t find that pile of manure till Thursday. I’ve heard no reports that the manure stinks. Now it’s not the time to blame the horses …”\*
