Is Obamacare causing layoffs?

Triple negative? If you don’t think people should go without access, then you do think people should have access. But not saying that, so you don’t think people should have access? I’m really still scratching my head to figure that statement out!

When physicians are scarce, reasonable cost primary care and direct patient care can be achieved by having nurse practitioners supervised by physicians interact with patients. This is the model that my primary care health center uses; my son’s psychiatrist also uses it. That way there is less waiting, less ramp up time, less training cost, lower pay needed to the practitioners than to a physician, and everyone gets better care this way.

Allowing insurance across state lines would not help anything, but enough regulation to allow it would stifle states from having differing enough laws to allow experimentation and possible discoveries of improvements.
