Personally, I think the serial fathers are more of a problem than serial mothers. Research (find your own cite, I already read the stuff and don;t feel the need to look it up again) has shown that the age of the fathers for unwed teen-age mothers is pathetically high (I.e. the average age differece is on the order of 8-10 years). Draw you own conclusions on how best to deal with the problem, I favor a surgical knife.
