# Is philistine a permitted insult on the board?

Pretty sure anything that’s in the bible is acceptable on TV or this forum nowadays. And sometime in the last two millennia the word the OP’s asking about has changed from racist slur to “somebody who doesn’t understand art.”

Well, I guess it would/should be bannable if you use it in the original sense.
