Arrested for being in same sex marriage? No, I don’t know of any. But even in 2013, people were being arrested for being willing to engage in consensual homosexual sex in private. Absolutely, the law was unenforceable. But arrests were still made. Could I see that being turned into “well, they have a marriage license, so that’s evidence that they are engaging in illegal sex?”

The Lovings were raided in an attempt to catch them having (illegal) sex. They were sleeping, so the illegal marriage license was the charge.

As a person who owns real estate in CA, Trump is a godsend.

If you think CA is expensive now, wait 4 years as philosophical refugees pour into the remaining sane areas.

CA has already stated that we will not undo the progress of the last 60 years, no matter what the Federal Government desires.

We will be Sanctuary State.

Abortion will remain both lawful and easily available.
Loving couples will still be lawfully wed if they wish. (so far, no sign of inter-species marriage)

It will not become acceptable for cops to murder black people.
