The last person to register did so at 12:59 am this morning, and that one was banned. I can’t recall registration ever being inactive for that long a period of time. ---

If you need to verify your email address via email in order to complete registration then yes, it is. ---

Great, glad to see it’s fixed. Usually that’s the case; they find the mail server has stopped, they restart it, everybody gets their stuff, life goes on. ---
