Now we should be accurate here. Sidney Powell has been the go to lawyer for extreme right-wing causes for many years. She led the fight by several right-wing organizations (including the Tea Party I believe) to protect their tax-exempt status several years ago. The NRA has her on speed-dial. She wasn’t hired to fetch coffee. Her problem with the Trump organization was that she out-crazied Guiliani and was a threat to Guiliani’s influence. So she had to go. And Trump isn’t going to waste any of his money on helping someone else. She already has a fund-raising PAC established.
