For my myth classes, I’ve been using the Penguin edition (translation by N. K. Sandars) of _Gilgamesh_ and was wondering if the new Mitchell “version” (not translation–so he compiled pre-existing translations?) is worth using or not.

For those who have checked it out: how readable is it? What kind of support/explanatory apparatus comes with it?
