She did not file anything related to RICO. However, she has hired new attorneys and it looks like [they are upping the ante](http://www.pagesix.com/celebritynews/41258.htm).

Finally, I can’t recall if I posted a link to this yet or not (and the board is moving soooo sloooowly that I’m not going to check), but, pertaining to some of the recent discussions, [Rudy has denied a prior friendship with Mark Burnett](http://www.realitynewsonline.com/article1138.html).

In a new twist, now we have a First Amendment battle on our hands. CBS sent a subpoena to Peter Lance (who wrote _The Stingray_ and first revealed all of these allegations). Now, [Lance is fighting the CBS subpoena](http://www.realitynewsonline.com/article1144.html).

This is getting really interesting…
