I lost almost 3 pounds today. I drank .4 gallon of liquid. If 1 pound of water = 128 ounces = 8.35 pounds, I lost 46 ounces plus the 51 ounces I consumed = 97 ounces, 3/4 gallon. In 7 hours. That’s 1/10th gallon/hour, or 12 ounces/hour. Every 7.5 minutes I filled a shot glass with sweat.

I ate very little, which is probably offset by the fat I burned. (I ate one chicken biscuit, one piece of toast).

It was hot and humid, around 105 heat index. I looked like I had been swimming. Gotta say I feel good, like a toxin flush cleared my system.

Tomorrow? More of the same.

I should go to the beach this weekend huh.
