What made this so popular? Some bagel-headed celebrity? Some folk legend abouy having a faux anus perched on your forehead? I get why its wierd, but why is it popular? I had heard the ganguro look came from wanting to look like you went somewhere sunny on vacation, and it just got progressively more exaggerated. But this, I’m drawing a bagel shaped blank (a torus? 😕 ) ---
