Basically what my title said. I was just wondering if the SDMB administrators and moderators would be allowed to accept gifts from members if offered. Money, candy, kittens or pie alike. This isn’t something I want to do, but I was just curious and thought it was sort of a funny topic. I didn’t find anything related to this in the rules, besides how the Chicago Reader isn’t responsible for any real life contact between people on the board. ---

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with Moderators and Administrators receiving gifts. Bribery, of course, is a different matter altogether. ---

Maybe Ed Zotti, and the other editors could go out and have a nice lunch on us all? I mean 5000 subscriptions @ $15 a piece. Pays for a lot of French wine. ---

I’ve always wondered what a nonconsecutive hooker was… I don’t see anything wrong with showering the Admin with lavish gifts. Not anything at all. 😃
