# Is the Constitution of the US or the Declaration of Independence written on hemp?

I’ve seen these claims several times, and thought I read a debunking someplace, but I can’t find it. The only stuff I get from google are pretty obviously biased sites.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also my understanding is hemp does not equal pot.
