He’s an overweight man in his 70’s who takes a anti-hair loss product that has erectile dysfunction as a common side-effect. I suspect Melania sleeps untroubled at night, as further evidenced by the fact that he doesn’t care that his trophy wife no longer sleeps in the same city as him. ---

tbh, this really begs the question. My instinct is to think his weight gain is a physical demonstration of the stress and strain he feels, but I guess it could equally be adjusting to a whole new routine to his life. Probably both. Either way, you won’t get any sense from the President. ---

Rumor is that Obama wore suits like that. The high end armor would add bulk but be obvious, the low end stuff doesn’t add much bulk or weigh much, but won’t protect from long guns. ---

I try very hard not to wish him ill - and heaven knows I WOULD be glad if he was able to actually accomplish anything as president. anything useful or good, I mean. I am a Buddhist wanna-be and, frankly, not very good at it. but I try to look at him in a gentle, non-judgmental light. so far, it’s not going well. meanwhile, when I see photos, he looks _bigger_. ---
