Not American Not an expert on Con law So basically i am a foreigner with a basic understanding of how the US works , so like the original ansewer i am going to have to run that by some other americans before i even attempt to ansewer it. Declan ---

AZ Cowboy answers with another! He shoots, he scores! Though it doesn’t count as much when you’re trying. Hey, I once unintentionally accomplished a quadruple negative, so I know a gem when I see one. And I’m sure my high school English teacher would have had a stroke. And anyway, shouldn’t I maybe to a limited degree retract my previous thoughts to the extent that I wouldn’t say this infrequent event is not so uncommon as I had previously discounted them?
