# Is the way we laugh genetic?

Everyone has a different laugh, basically. Does it have to do with vocal chords, or the way your parents laugh when you’re a baby, and so on? So, is it genetic or environmental, and it is possible to change the way you laugh? (Fran Drescher, if you’re reading this…)
