# Is there a free reverse address lookup?

If I have an address and need to find out who lives there or owns that property, is there a free online service that does this? I’ve tried google, but online find ones that charge money. Or, they don’t give complete information.

Do you know the county where this property is located? My county auditor’s Web site shows complete tax information for every property in my county. See if you can find the same info for the corresponding county.

Try the county that the property is located in. Oftentimes the county will have the property tax information listed.

[yellow.com](http://yellow.com) has a reverse address search feature and yes it is free.
