I know there’s the little red line that shows new stuff since you’ve been there last. I do not find that sufficient in terms of ignoring things. When I’ve done a full scan of topics i’m interested in I want to mark them all read so i can easily ignore the one’s I’m not interested in. ---

No, there is no Mark All as Read feature. Some lists (like New and Notifications) have a dismiss button you can click. If you’re not interested in the threads, set them to Normal and ignore them or set them to Mute and forget about them. ---
