I’m trying to think of a term that would be applied to someone who tends to post in such a way that he isn’t really entitled to an assumption of sarcasm, no matter how over-the-top the content may seem. I’m leaning toward one of the variations on Poe’s Law, but I’m wondering if there isn’t something already extant that doesn’t bring in the specter of religious fundamentalism. P.S. The term is “woosh” but it isn’t applied to people but misinterpretation of certain internet posts. Some of us a just so dry that certain people can’t see the sarcasm and mockery. Then again, some of us are just plain assholes and not funny at all in any world outside our own head so it goes both ways. An over-the-top consistent persona is just plain trolling. ---
