What I’d really like is a set up simular to TV Guide. Name of Movie, starred review, one paragraph synopsis and a second paragraph explaning why the reviewer did or didn’t like it. Is there any websites like that?

The review websites I read give more that just a couple paragraph reviews, but you might still want to check them out. My favorite is [THEM](http://www.themanime.org/), but I also recommend the [Meta Anime Review Project](http://www.animecritic.com/_metareview/) which links to reviews and offers an “average rating.” I encourage you to check them both out! 🙂

Anime on Dvd is pretty good, but can be a bit lengthier than what you seem to be looking for at times. It also, obviously, focusing solely on anime released on dvd. 🙂

[Anime Jump!](http://www.animejump.com) is infrequently updated, but it’s pretty well-written and funny.
