> One of my cats too wouldn’t eat fried chicken. In fact, there are only a handful of things it will eat besides regular catfood: porridge, lobster salad, sometimes a tiny bit of mayo (left on my plate), and, recently, bacon. And he was found as a stray kitten! 😃

> Btw, Chicken can be addictive, because proteins in it can release large quantities of dopamine. What I didn’t know until recently is how these proteins interact with other foodstuffs, as explained briefly here: [http://www.foodandhealing.com/article-foodmind.htm](http://www.foodandhealing.com/article-foodmind.htm)

You might want to take Annemarie Colbin’s advice with a pinch of salt, her qualifications aren’t outstanding [http://www.quackwatch.org/search/webglimpse.cgi?ID=1&query=Annemarie+Colbin](http://www.quackwatch.org/search/webglimpse.cgi?ID=1&query=Annemarie+Colbin)

Am I the only human who doesn’t like KFC.

Everything KFC makes is awful, their mashed potatoes are the worst on the planet.

Would dolphins eat fried chicken?

Darned right chickens will eat other chickens. Sometimes they won’t even wait for the poor bird to be dead before sitting down to supper. Chickens are foul fowl, too bad they’re so delicious. At least whenever I eat one, there’s one less chicken in the world.

**Friar Ted** , for your friend; I’ve never had a cat that was bothered by any kind of citrus, darn the luck. To keep my monsters off a particular spot, I use a ScatMat. It’s a plastic mat that will give them a shock if it senses motion/pressure. I tried it on myself, because that’s only fair, and even the highest setting wasn’t bad. My cats learned to stay off the counters after the first test and eventually I didn’t even have to keep using the mat.

Nope, I don’t like it either. I mean, I can eat it, but I would never spend money on it.

I was shocked when my wife told me she prefered KFC to Boston Market. Even the side dishes.

Then her sister brought up this Chicken Shack place which was even worse than KFC.

Nope. I was used to eating KFC fare in Canada, and could even look forward to it. When I moved here, we went there once, and I had to throw my food away. It was massively greasy, rubbery, flavorless meatlike substance, not anything like I was used to from back 'ome. I’m pretty sure this is not the food that the Colonel invented. I’ve never been back to KFC and have no plans to go, unless I’m ever back in Canada. (Up there, you can even get gravy on your fries…)

I meant to add that we have three cats. Only the one who was here before us will eat people food. The other two won’t even look at it. And we have chicken all the time!

Is “Fried Chicken” a euphemisum ? 😉

Are you sure that tigers wouldn’t eat fried chicken? The smell of that cooked meat wouldn’t pique their appetite? Hmm, I wish there was a way we could test this theory.

Our daughter discovered that her parakeet LOVED chicken.
I thought that was kind of creepy, feeding a bird bird and all.

When I was trapping feral cats, fried chicken was my bait of choice, along with that nasty canned mackerel. Fried chicken is also good for catching racoons and possums.

I heard MJ prefers his chicken fresh. _Bubbles_ on the other hand supposedly loves fried chicken.

Nothing wrong with that. I’m a mammal and I love eating mammal meat. Fish eat fish. Insects eat insects.
