Good point, These two songs really were the highlights of “Abbey Road”, which was a fantastic album as a whole. ETA: this was a reply to @Stephe96 . ---

Beach Boys had some fun, wild stuff in the late 60s and 70s, especially one of my favorite albums (besides the obvious _Pet Sounds_ in the mid-60s), with _Love You._ What a crazy album. _Sunflower_ is great, too. I won’t opine directly on “Kokomo,” though just writing that gives away my hand. What’s weird is that Lisa Loeb has been mentioned, and for the love of God, I just don’t remember that song, “Stay,” for some reason. I recognize her–I can pick her out of a lineup; I know who she is; I remember her having quite the following when I was in college, I’ve seen _Reality Bites_, but my brain has apparently completely erased all knowledge of her songs. Just weird. ---
