A friend of mine once theorized that everyone liked at least one section of Jethro Tull’s “Aqualung.” Is that true? Personally, I’d submit “Yesterday” by the Beatles as a song that I can’t imagine anyone really disliking. ---

To the point of the thread, I’m positive there’s not a song that everyone likes because there’s not a song that everyone _knows_. Except for, perhaps, “Happy Birthday”, and even then there are billions of people in Africa and Asia who have never heard it. ---

I submit **Child of Mine** by Fleetwood Mac. Everybody I know likes this song. They may not love it, or think it’s great, and it may not be in their personal Top 10 or 25 or even 50, but everybody likes it. And nobody hates it. ---
