After thinking about it, I’ll change my “not necessarily” vote to a “no.” Just based on my own experiences. The best sex I ever had was with the sanest woman I dated. We both had our kinks and played them out fully. And when we were done we returned to normal. But she wasn’t very orgasmic and her oral skills were a little lacking. The craziest women that I’ve been with were meh at best. They were pretty selfish. But they were (mostly) very orgasmic and the oral was at least passable. ---

In my experience, I’d vote pretty much on the “Yes” side. Sadly, the relationship issues tend to more than balance that out… ---

As a crazy woman, I will jump in. I have an anxiety disorder with depression and hints of bipolar blooming in the distance. I WAS the crazy girl in university. Trust me, I was great in bed. There were guys just lining up. Now I save all my crazy for my husband. Well, actually, I am on meds and in therapy so the crazy is pretty much under control. Still great in bed, though. ---

There may be a bit of selection bias going on here. The subset of crazy women who are most likely to be having lots of sex with lots of guys (and are therefore most likely to be included in the “sample”) are the nymphomaniac types, and they’re probably likely to be interesting partners. ---

The best one in bed was the craziest by far. The runner up wasn’t super crazy, but she had some serious control issues, and did stalk me some after I let her go. The absolute worst was pretty crazy, along with drug and alcohol issues. The second worst (distant second to above, thankfully) was the most stable and level headed of the bunch. ---

I might have a few screws loose, but not in the bipolar and borderline personality way. These are the kinds of crazy women that get stereotyped as being good in bed. I have OCD and severe ADHD. And was raised in a very very sheltered environment. My type of crazy is probably negatively correlated with good fuckability, lol. Plus, my symptoms aren’t all that obvious in order to tip off people that I’m a little nutty. ---

“Crazy” is in the the of the beholder. There are unstable people, but sometimes women who are sexually aggressive and dominant might well tend to get pegged as “crazy” by intimidated men. You can let yourself go with a totally uninhibited woman. You have to be more careful with a more prudent woman. On the flip side women without boundaries do not IMO make particularly good parents. Making a baby with an unstable mother is the worst of all possible worlds. Unstable women are emotional vampires and will suck the life right out of you after they suck your cock. The trade off is rarely worth it, but men are terrible at making these sort of judgments on the fly. It’s only after the roller coaster ride is over that you’re thankful you survived. ---
