[NADS](http://nadsters.com/nads/index.php) is a SDMB off-shoot (although they don’t like to admit it). But yeah, just stick a Brit/UK reference in a thread title, and plenty of us will spot it. Or, do a search for ‘mornington crescent’ to see how often we manage to hijack discussions 😃 ---

I personally didn’t totally favour the name, as it was too exclusively anti-US, but it was the best idea we had at the time (2002? I can’t remember). The sole criterion for membership was that participants shouldn’t have to make us explain what Marmite is, should we happen to mention it. ---

Well yes, that was the double meaning. During the world cup I did a banner that had a squad of footballers holding their bollocks, with the word “NADS” across it. DYSWIDT? It’s also a hair removal cream in Australia. ---
