It looks like a single-pixel stand-out along a horizontal alignment of blurred pixels. The pop may have been a disturbance of the video recording itself.
Yeah, I noticed that horizontal line. The more I think about it, and the longer I see no mention of it in the media, the more I think it’s not a bullet hole.
I heard a report on RDI (in French) mentioning that blogs were discussing this and that police have stated that they found no evidence of this… But who knows?

If watched in full screen there is a popping sound and black dot (hole?) appears at about 5 seconds almost simultaneously… Coincidence? … Not long after she is whisked away… Also the hole stays there for ther remainder of the clip…
Could a shot have made it there? From inside the building? Outside?
