I don’t see how all you guys are seeing all these details unless you are blowing the image up. It’s tiny.
The only thing that lets me know it isn’t a boob is that most women don’t shrink that rapidly from their bust. But you can easily imagine some sort of cloth obscuring the rest of the body.
That said, when I saw it, I saw a generic blob with a hand on it, then an armpit. I didn’t see boob or shoulder until I was told to do so. And I was only sure it was a shoulder after zooming in.
