Update 2
I have heard from the Voight Heritage Museum.
They deny any such aircraft was ever constructed, designed, nor considered.
They implied I was pulling some kind of practical joke. ☹

Maybe because it’s the _Vought_ Heritage Museum and they thought you had meant to write to the other museum which celebrates Midnight Cowboy, Deliverance and Karate Dog II.

It’s the Vought (or Chance-Vought) firm which manufactures airplanes. You spelled it “Voight,” which is a different name.

It’s a humorous mashup drawn by someone as a joke. I’ve seen a lot of these - one of my aircraft magazines used to include a cartoon like this in almost every issue.
