Is this a scam? What would you do?

For God’s Sake, what’s the harm in giving the guy a call? Just don’t give out any personal information.

There’s even a web site. It seems like a legitmate local ISP to me. It’s been around since at least 1996.

That advice to write a note saying that you will contact lawyers if they ever contact you again is unbelievable. Help them out. It’ll probably be an interesting story.

Brooklyn is in Kings County. Call Prestige Title Agency, and ask for customer service. They should be able to give you all sorts of information about the owner. 718-256-2726.

I figured if it was some sort of scam some doper would have heard of it. If it is a scam it will be known for ever as The Zebra Scam.
