# Is this a scam?

I know nothing about operating a computer-I’ve been signing into my Yahoo email with facebook - but now they want me to use my yahoo account-but I can’t remember my password,so they’re gonna email me a password,but I can;t get into my email to find the password! I’m soo confused:confused:

When I signed up to yahoo I had to give them another email address for - I assume - this situation. So do you have any other email accounts you may have given them?

Yeah, this is why you should have more than one email account.

Two (at minimum) email accounts is a very, very good idea. I have a business one, a personal one using my real name, and an anonymous one for online shopping, message boards, surveys or anything like that.

Probably not a scam. Copy and paste whatever message you get and google it, see what comes up? Does yahoo have help forums like gmail/google does?
