“Eddie McBlobbules” is adorable. Look at him! He’s cross-eyed! The fish in the OP, to me, is just inside “so ugly it’s cute” territory. But it’s still a close call. ---

I thought he was cute. But it also helps that he’s pretty small, maybe like a silver dollar. That same fish six feet acros…not so much. ---

Yeah, but we’re not talking about puffer fish. We’re talking about the pancake batfish, which I assume to be short for pancake batter fish. I say heat up the skillet and pass the Mrs. Butterworths. ---
