I used to think so. Turns out I was wrong. I’m still right about everything else, of course.
The thing about Brutus is that he almost always just makes potshots in political threads. Presenting coherent arguments would let other posters pin him down.
He can be entertaining, witty and eloquent in threads that are non-political, though.
You need serious help, and then you need to stop stalking me. Every other word out of your mouth is, ‘sniff Brutus won’t answer my questions!’, when it is fucking obvious that I have. You’ll excuse me if I don’t hang on your every word, and I am certain that you don’t like myanswers, sure, but don’t be such a drama queen; your questions have been answered as I noticed them. Oh, I must have missed your answer to “Would you worry if another country was the biggest kid on the block and gave itself these powers?”. Let’s do a quick scan of your posts since… Is the answer to that one “Probably because you are making illogical comparisons” and the quoting of Apos was just to throw me off? Otherwise, the answer must be in your latest post. Let’s read through it again… So, your answer is to tell me to get help (what for? who knows?), claiming you’ve already answered, calling me a drama queen and saying I cry about lack of attention. Original and impressive, Brutus. Or not.
Come on. What’s so horrible about answering me? What’s so scary about presenting your view in the Great Debates thread? Have I been unpleasant or impolite to you in this thread? Have I insulted you? Have I shown a refusal to consider your side of the issue at hand?
