Funny you should point out this particular video…I commented on that particular video over 3 months ago, in an attempt to explain to a poor misguided soul as to what he is seeing. But he was not interested in learning astronomy, he was more interested in creating his own confirmation bias that the we are on the cusp of events described in the biblical chapters of Revelation. That was not the only video that this person has made either…many others that I have commented on those videos, proving that the Sun and Moon (and Venus when it was very bright in the SW after sunset) are in the right place, at the right time like they have for billions of years, but like you, ka rol, he and you are fishing for ignorant fish that will believe anything if the bible is somehow connected to it…no matter how crazy the notion is.
And like I have said before in those comments, “If you have no working knowledge of astronomy, physics, chemistry, mathematics and logic, then how are you going to be able to tell the difference between normal astronomical phenomena and a true sign/miracle from God?” Have yet to receive any response from those so-called YouTube fear-mongers, prophets and fundamentalists.

A greek philosopher PROVED that the Earth was round 2600 years ago with some sticks, keen observation, and simple geometry with basic mathematical calculations to a reasonable degree of accuracy. You try to disprove it with YouTube videos that are marred with people that have no background in astronomy, physics, mathematics, nor logic…not even at high school level. But here in the Straight Dope, there are guys and gals here with masters and PhDs in these areas of studies. You’ve brought nothing to the table here to even spark their interest except laughable fodder. I guess what I am trying to say is…
