This. Making a joke is one thing, making a fake bomb is quite another.

I actually read it a few times, trying to figure out what was supposed to be offensive.
Even if it’s a costume on a dog? Seriously?
I chuckled at the idea of a dog that looks like an obviously fake bomb, but I thought calling him a “Wiener of Mass Destruction” was a bit of a stretch.
