I don’t think it’s “just an egg” either. I think it’s assault and battery. Arnie handled it with great style. I’d give the egger 30 days and community service. ---

To do this, before underwriting a policy, they usually get the potential insured to complete a questionnaire. What would a clown questionnaire look like? I do not think the following will surprise the reader: 1 - Have you ever been denied pie-throwing insurance? 2 - Do you clown around full time or part time? 3 - When you throw pies, are they cream or low fat? 4 - Have you ever been sued before by a pie victim? Did he or she beat you up before they sued you? 5 - Do you live in a Volkswagen beetle? \*\* 6 - Do you keep your pies locked safely away? 😉 \*\* 7 - When you throw pies, how close are you from a seltzer bottle? 8 - Some clowns are more likely than others to invite a lawsuit. Is your name Bozo? 9 - Before you whack someone with a pie, is it your practice to get them to sign a waiver? With all the hotshot litigation lawyers around, a good insurance company simply cannot be too careful in assessing it risk.
