It’s being reported as pauses due to medical emergencies in the crowd. Apparently it was very hot. I’m not sure that explains everything, but that’s what [The Hill](https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4933368-donald-trump-pennsylvania-town-hall-medical-emergencies-music/) and [ABC News](https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump-town-hall-derailed-after-medical-emergencies-crowd/story?id=114796716) are saying. ---

I’m guessing the spin is that it was too hot to continue and so Trump thoughtfully stopped early, his concern for his audience outweighing his zeal to get the message out. BUT that makes no sense - then just tell everyone to go home and hopefully cool off. Don’t continue to swelter while playing music and bobbing up and down to it. ---
