I’m going with 45 minutes. Trump probably thinks everything from McDonald’s is always cold. Look at the display he put out for that football team at the White House. I just googled it, and from what I can tell, the closest McD’s to Trump’s New York tower is about an 8 minute drive. Add in parking time, elevator time, taking it out of the bag and arranging it on an gaudy golden plate time, he’s well over that 10 minute window. ---
